  my daughter has attended the nursery for the last 18 months. I can only assume that the person writing those last few comments was the crazy woman that everyone talked about last year. I think she had issues with not paying the fees she is a truly EVIL woman I just hope main stream schools are ready for her. As for the Nursery, the staff the manager and the entire establishment is a credit to the owners especially with the extent of money they have spent on extra facilities and pay areas for the children. We are only sad that our daughter is going to school this September as she has learned so much during her time there.

  Exert from OFSTED review: Complaint about childcare provision Date Published: 01/07/2009 Summary of complaint On 18 May 2009 Ofsted received information about the registration which may impact on the care provided to children. The concerns were in relation to Welfare Requirement Safeguarding and promoting children¡¦s welfare, and Suitable people with particular reference to the care, health, welfare and safety of minded children. An Ofsted inspector visited the provision unannounced on 26 May 2009. Following our investigation we issued a notice to improve that asked the provider to ensure: %u201EX Keep accurate records of concerns and complaints from parents and the record of action taken as a result of each complaint. (Safeguarding and promoting children¡¦s welfare) %u201EX Maintain a regular two way flow of information with parents. (Safeguarding and promoting children¡¦s welfare) %u201EX Induction training should be provided for new staff to help them understand how the provision operates. (Suitable people) %u201EX Demonstrate how staff to children ratios are being met for example, by maintaining staff register, with detail of dates and times of attendance. (Suitable people) The provider remains registered with Ofsted. • Wouldn't trust them with my hamster!

  Can't begin to tell you the catalogue of disasters that my child and I encountered with this nursery. It is a horrendous, dangerous place. Fabricating records, feeding cheap food, losing children out of their own front play area, just to name a few incidents. I just wish that OFSTED maintained their complaints on the web site for longer. As an uninformed parent I was initially fooled and placed my child in their care. The biggest mistake I have ever made!

• Awful place

  I took my child out of this nursery after many incidents and correspondence with Ofsted. High turnover of staff, low cost/budget range supermarket food used after they guaranteed organic and quality produce was only used. Dangerous play activities leading to permanent scarring of my child. Never again!
