Concept Building Solutions are a truly national Claims Management company. We specialise in Insurance claims and reinstatement property repairs, project managing all works from start to finish, removing stress from the customer.
After assessing property damage we prepare a work schedule and quotation. We then negotiate and settle the claim with the policy holder's Insurance company or appointed loss adjustor. Each Concept Claims Manager typically uses a local contractor base to carry out all property repair works.

During the recent winds our Garden Room took serve damage, to the point of having to pull it down and start again. So we decided to give Concept Building Solutions a try to take the hassle out of the pending insurance claim. From the first call Chris was friendly and knowledgeable. We arranged an appointment for Chris to come and inspect the damaged room (Easter Saturday) and he arrived on time with camera in hand to photograph the damage. He had already researched our insurance broker but still looked through our insurance document in detail and pointed out the good points and the very few low points to the policy (he is not a broker and so gave sound and honest advice). He gave us refreshingly honest advice, even if that meant he turned business away. Bottom line, I would highly recommend giving Concept a call if you are unfortunate enough to suffer a problem with your building and are thinking of claiming on your insurance. Chris will point you in the best direction for YOU and take care of everything. Worth a phone call!

Dear Chris, I’d like to take the opportunity to say thank you so much for all your time and assistance you gave helping me with the problems I’ve incurred with my Insurance Company. When I was in the unfortunate position of having to make 2 unrelated claims for my buildings and contents insurance (the first claims I’ve made in 32 years of paying insurance) your help has been invaluable. Initially I thought the process would be quite simple but as you are aware the following months became a complete nightmare. I was passed from pillar to post, ignored and the standard of the work done in my home was totally unacceptable. It was only after I was fortunate enough to be given your number that I started to see some light at the end of a very dark tunnel. Your help in assessing the situation and providing me with accurate detailed information on how my jobs should have been managed gave me the encouragement to believe that I may be able to get things sorted with my Insurance Company. Once my Insurance Company were aware that I had a ‘loss assessor’ helping me they decided to change their tact and started to take me seriously. This ended up with them admitting that their own ‘loss adjustor’ had not assessed the situation correctly or provided me with the basic standard of service expected. They were also appalled at the standard of workmanship carried out by their own recommended builders. With your help this has resulted with them agreeing to pay full costs to enable me to employ my own builders to rectify the mess they’ve left me with and some compensation for the inconvenience they’ve put me to. I know that this debacle would have continued without your help. Your calm, collective manner put me at ease and made me realise that I was not on my own. My only regret is that I did not know about your company and the service it provides before I let that organisation lose on my property. If any of my family, friends or I ever need to make an Insurance claim in the future I will surely be recommending you and your company. Once again, please accept my sincere thanks for all your help.
